Abbie’s Birthday Party
Last weekend we had a little 7th birthday party for Abbie. Her litter brother, Moka, his mom, Abbie’s “godmother” Lynn and family helped celebrate, doggie style. The weather was perfect for the two siblings to run around on the deck, play with toys and eat a special doggie entre of boneless chicken legs, ground beef, fettucine, broccoli, summer squash and tomato sauteed in olive oil. Dessert was Natural Balance Tillman’s Training Tips and Nutri-Dog Dental Treats. After the humans ate birthday cake, the kids exchanged presents.
Moka was the typical guy, interested in sniffing around, including Abbie. She initially was shy, but after a few minutes, stood her ground and told him what she thought of his sniffing her. They were both well-behaved and got along well. All in all, everyone had a lot of fun sharing a doggie family get together. Here are some pictures of their special da

Thank you so much for your wonderful comments! I really do enjoy writing my blog. Two weeks ago, my computer had a meltdown., All my desktop icons were gone, good thing I have Carbonite! Anyway, these recent two weeks have been more difficult to have computer access. My new machine should arrive in 2-3 days (going with a Mac this time), then there will be the learning curve, and I’ll be up and running again. I have really missed writing not having a fully functional machine!
